Two modern contemporary beach homes
The following two homes are my ideal places to live under the sun... They represent the perfect combination of simple modern, contemporary interior designs, perfect blend of outside architecture, and of course, the perfect practicality as we would not want ultra luxury modern, contemporary interior designs in a beach house used for leisure and relaxation...
Here are the contemporary beach house design with simple rectilinear roof inspiration. This design on a 569m2 corner lot in the city of Praia is designed to make the most of limited view of the sea and adhere to the principles of passive solar design strong. The building replaced an older style beach house has been carefully designed to meet the block Strait adhere to the policies of the municipality at the time and shadow. The building is an articulate form rectilinear rectilinear under a simple roof. A wall of travertine clad crosses strong blade of the house and helps divide the house into separate zones. The north façade is controlled to achieve summer shading of windows. The pool has positioned itself firmly against the house on a double volume “balcony” and can be clearly seen as it moves through the house. The light is reflected from the surface of the pool sending shadows on the ceiling of the room.
