cool, hip, modern homes...
Sometimes you see homes that are nice but soimetimes you see homes that are so trendy they are actually classified as hip or even cool by most of us.. Of course trends change and that is the reason I like to stick with the overall broad definition of the modern contemporary style of design vs the more trendy movement styles that come and go on a two year cycle it seems..

Man, these poor, poor home owners. To have to live in such unpleasant-looking, deplorable conditions. And the location! Ugh! I’d rather be anywhere on the planet except here!
Not. Geez this place is AMAZING! Probably not in my personal price range, but it’s for the better, considering it’s not for sale. Who’d sell anything as beautiful as this? Who would ever leave any thing as beautiful as this? If we lived in this house, we’d insist all groceries and other services come to us; we’d never leave these views. Created by the brilliant Konstantinos Kontos. We love how the architecture has a sort of post-modern, Greek architectural look, and how the building was made to serve the landscape. Really modern and stunning.
For such a culture driven traditional area they sure know how to build a very modern residence that can be kept cooled during the day or AC'd for that matter by creating a situation where the sea breeze just flows through the entire house...

Today’s eye candy comes courtesy of another Wyoming-based firm, this time Ward Blake Architects. We just can’t get enough of these rustic, modern houses that are on these giant swaths of land with stunning landscape backdrops. Makes us want to take a trip to Wyoming..and never leave!
