 Island House is the design modern home was designed by architects KHM IROJE located in Gyeonggi, South Korea. Built on 700 square meters with the landscape of the Han River, steel frame glass house is a good example of deconstructive architecture. The construction of the house is organized around a large outdoor pool and a terrace with dining area, covered by a pergola steel frame was designed as a speedboat.


Clearly that is characterized by ideas of fragmentation, an interest in manipulating ideas of a structure or surface of the skin, non-rectilinear shapes which serve to distort and dislocate some of the architectural elements such as structure and envelope . Stimulating unpredictability and a controlled chaos characterized the final visual appearance of the buildings have many deconstructive styles.

The front angled steel and glass designed in such a way as to maximize views while sitting in the house and overlooking the landscape outside, and between different parts of the house. The development is architecturally discreet surroundings, while the architects KHM convinced that the house engages with the landscape, rather than on the site.
